Orioles Reinstate Cedric Mullins, Jordan Westburg from Injured List

To accommodate their returns, the Orioles optioned outfielder Heston Kjerstad to Triple-A Norfolk and designated infielder Emmanuel Rivera for assignment. Kjerstad has struggled significantly this season, hitting just .192 with 45 strikeouts in 54 games, and has been unable to meet expectations as a former second-overall pick. Rivera's performance also declined sharply, with an OPS of .578 in 25 games compared to a strong showing late last year.
