CMA CGM Acquires Air Belgium, Preserves 124 Jobs

French shipping and logistics group CMA CGM has finalized the acquisition of Air Belgium's cargo operations, following court approval and the transfer of assets. This move preserves 124 jobs, including pilots and staff, and maintains the Air Belgium brand, ensuring continuity for the Belgian air cargo sector. With the addition of Air Belgium's four cargo aircraft, CMA CGM's air fleet now totals nine planes, with further expansion planned through additional aircraft orders.
