Four Arrested After Father, Daughter Attacked Camping North Georgia

Four individuals have been arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery after allegedly attacking a father and daughter while camping at Low Gap Campground in White County, Georgia. The victims, Bruce Waldon, 58, and his 20-year-old daughter Gracee, were assaulted by a group including Krista Wilson, who was stabbed in self-defense by Gracee. Bruce Waldon sustained severe injuries, including a deep cut from a beer bottle to his throat and a major brain bleed, leaving him in critical condition in the ICU, while his daughter suffered bruises. Family members described the attack as senseless and expressed concerns for their safety, noting that Bruce experiences nightmares following the incident. Authorities continue to investigate the possibility of additional suspects and whether alcohol played a role in the attack. The family has launched a GoFundMe campaign to assist with medical expenses and hopes to raise awareness to prevent similar incidents in family-friendly areas.
