Voco Hotels Expands Canada Presence with Three Sustainable Signings

IHG Hotels & Resorts' premium brand voco hotels has expanded into the Canadian market with three new properties planned in Montreal, Toronto, and Niagara Falls. The Niagara Falls hotel, opening in late 2026, will convert an existing building into 232 guest rooms with amenities including a restaurant, coffee shop, indoor pool, and fitness center. The Montreal location, scheduled for mid-2027, will feature 55 rooms and is located near key city landmarks such as the Montreal Convention Center. Toronto Airport West, also opening in 2027, aims to be Canada’s first zero-emissions, carbon-neutral hotel and will participate in IHG's Low Carbon Pioneers Program. voco hotels emphasize sustainable hospitality, local cultural integration, and a welcoming guest experience characterized by swift check-ins, comfortable rooms, and vibrant social spaces.
