Historic New England Opens 38 Sites Free Salem June 7

In New Hampshire, the New Hampshire Boat Museum opened a new headquarters aimed at fostering a love for boating, complemented by local attractions like a boutique bakery and bicycle adventures. Historic sites in the North Shore region, including the creatively designed summer home of Henry Davis Sleeper and the storied House of the Seven Gables in Salem, provide immersive experiences into past lifestyles and architecture. Additionally, on June 7, Historic New England will open all 38 of its sites for free tours, inviting the public to explore notable historic houses and learn about regional heritage.
