Construction Begins on Raleigh Tallest Residential Tower, Miami Plans 54-Story Condo

Two major residential development projects are underway in the U.S. A 12-storey residential building with 137 units is proposed for 419-425 Woodbine Avenue in Toronto, including 11 rental replacement units and 66 square meters of commercial space, with a community consultation meeting to be scheduled. In Raleigh, N.C., Turnbridge Equities is preparing to start construction on Highline Glenwood, a 37-story, 306-unit residential tower that will become the city's tallest residential building upon its expected completion in mid-2028. This $200 million redevelopment of the historic Pine State Creamery includes retail and commercial space, extensive amenities such as an indoor/outdoor sky lounge, pool, and fitness center, and additional development potential on the site. Turnbridge has acquired all necessary approvals, including historic commission endorsements, and plans an official groundbreaking this fall. The project also features office space for tech startup BuildOps, highlighting a mixed-use community approach.
