Jabil Reports 16% Q3 Revenue Growth, Raises FY2025 Outlook
Jabil reported strong third-quarter results, surpassing analyst expectations with net income of $222 million and adjusted earnings per share of $2.55, significantly higher than the previous year. Revenue rose 16% year-over-year to $7.83 billion, driven primarily by a 51% surge in its Intelligent Infrastructure segment, which now accounts for 44% of total revenue and is fueled by AI-related demand. The company raised its full-year 2025 guidance, projecting revenue of $29 billion and adjusted EPS of $9.33, both above prior forecasts and consensus estimates. Operating margin improved to 5.1%, and Jabil generated robust cash flow, enabling $339 million in share repurchases during the quarter. Despite some flatness in Regulated Industries and a decline in the Connected Living & Digital Commerce segment, Jabil's performance and future outlook were well received by the market, with shares climbing over 5% in premarket trading. The company also issued strong guidance for the next quarter, forecasting revenue between $7.1 billion and $7.8 billion and adjusted EPS of $2.64 to $3.04.
