San Jose Electric Scooter Rider Dies After Suspected DUI Hit-and-Run

A man riding an electric scooter in the bike lane on Capitol Expressway near Tuers Road in San Jose was struck by a 2005 Chevy Astrovan driven by an intoxicated driver on June 26, 2025.
