Greeley Gas Station Killer Sentenced to Life Plus 64 Years

Kyle Moore was convicted and sentenced to life in prison without parole, plus an additional 64 years, for the fatal shooting of 51-year-old Victor Martinez during an armed robbery at the Cosmic Market gas station in Greeley, Colorado, in December 2021. Martinez, the store manager, was killed while trying to intervene in the robbery. Moore was found guilty of first-degree murder, aggravated robbery, assault, and vehicle theft. His co-defendant, Trent O’Neil, pleaded guilty to related charges and received a 55-year prison sentence.
