Prosecutors Plan Death Penalty for YouTuber in Live-Streamed Las Vegas Murders

Manuel Ruiz, known as "Sin City Manny" on YouTube, is facing the death penalty after being charged with the murder of content creator Rodney Finley, aka "Finny Da Legend," and his wife Tanisha Finley during a livestreamed shooting on the Las Vegas Strip near the Bellagio Fountains. Prosecutors cited multiple aggravating circumstances, including multiple murders and the great risk of death to bystanders in a crowded area, as the basis for seeking capital punishment under Nevada law.
