Estranged Wife Accuses Olympian Ryan Lochte of Drug Use in Child Custody Case

Ryan Lochte's estranged wife, Kayla Rae Reid, has filed court documents alleging that the Olympian has a history of substance abuse, including cocaine use and inhaling nitrous oxide in front of their children.
