Man Charged After Dahana Jean Found Dead in Brooklyn

A 26-year-old woman, Dahana Jean, was found dead with a fatal neck injury in her Midwood, Brooklyn apartment following a wellness check last Thursday. The NYPD discovered her body after being alerted by Jean’s boyfriend in Buffalo. Police arrested 32-year-old John Roseau on Friday, charging him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled the death a homicide, and authorities believe it appears to be domestic-related.
