Marquette Lacrosse Players Killed, Others Injured in Milwaukee Crash

Two Marquette University lacrosse players, 20-year-old Noah Snyder and 19-year-old Scott Michaud, died in a car crash in Milwaukee involving six passengers and a second vehicle driven by a 41-year-old who has been taken into custody pending criminal charges. Both athletes were highly regarded: Snyder was a Big East Freshman of the Week and an All-Academic Team member, while Michaud was a US Lacrosse All-American and also earned Big East All-Academic honors. The crash injured other teammates who remain hospitalized. The lacrosse community, including the Rochester Junior Knighthawks and Buffalo Bandits, mourned Snyder, highlighting his character and contributions to the sport.
