Rachel Shenton Returns Channel 5 Thriller Balancing Family, Acting School

Rachel Shenton, known for roles in White Gold, All Creatures Great and Small, and Hollyoaks, is returning to TV in the Channel 5 thriller The Rumour, playing the lead role of Joanna. She began her career with a critically acclaimed play at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, followed by minor TV roles before gaining prominence as Mitzeee Minniver in Hollyoaks. Shenton also co-founded the Midlands Screen Acting School in 2013 and has starred in award-winning projects like the Oscar-winning short film The Silent Child.
