New Hampshire Man Arrested in Kentucky on Human Trafficking, Obscenity Charges

Paul Vallatini, a 37-year-old man from New Hampshire, was arrested in Boone County, Kentucky, on charges including human trafficking and distribution of obscene matter to a minor after traveling to meet a juvenile female he connected with on Snapchat. The teenage girl informed deputies that Vallatini sent her explicit photos multiple times and that she had picked him up from the airport, after which he took her shopping and bought her gifts including underwear. Deputies responded to an anonymous tip and found Vallatini and the girl together in Florence, then executed a search warrant at a local hotel where Vallatini was staying, uncovering items supporting the girl's statements and multiple condoms in his possession. Vallatini faces five counts of distributing obscene matter to a minor and one count of human trafficking for a victim under 18 and is currently held at the Boone County Jail.
