Jerash Holdings Secures 3M Girls Shorts Order From U.S. Retailer
Jerash Holdings (JRSH) has secured one of the largest initial orders in its history, with a major U.S.-based multinational omnichannel retail corporation ordering over three million pairs of girls' shorts through a new strategic partnership with South Korea-based Hansoll Textile. Production is scheduled to begin in August 2025, with deliveries planned for the third and fourth quarters, enabling Jerash to operate at full capacity through December 2025, including its seasonally slower period. The company benefits from strategic advantages due to its Jordan-based manufacturing, which offers free trade agreements with the EU, UK, Canada, and favorable U.S. tariff treatment, making it an attractive alternative to production in China and Southeast Asia amid global trade uncertainties. CEO Sam Choi highlighted that this FOB order structure allows Jerash to maintain standard margins compared to traditional contract manufacturing. Analysts project significant revenue growth for Jerash this year, with a 27% increase forecast, and brokerage firms rate the stock as 'Outperform' with a potential upside of over 40% based on target prices. Jerash, which manufactures for well-known brands like The North Face and Calvin Klein, currently employs about 6,000 people across multiple facilities.
