NADC Burger, New Concepts Expand Across U.S.

Several new and notable restaurants are opening across the United States, reflecting a trend toward innovative dining experiences and unique atmospheres. Hendy’s on Henderson in East Dallas debuts with a 'living room' atmosphere, chef-driven menu, and creative housemade seltzers, taking over the former Sfuzzi space. Riva Bar & Restaurant in West Haven is set to open July 19, offering family-friendly indoor-outdoor dining, local beers, a tiki bar, and a creamery for beach visitors. Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers has launched its first Middlesex County, NJ location, combining made-to-order steakburgers with retro fast-casual vibes. South Florida sees a surge of new eateries, including beachside restaurants, Brazilian-Italian pizzerias, and food trucks converting to brick-and-mortar establishments. Meanwhile, Austin-based NADC Burger will open a permanent Uptown Dallas location in August, bringing its popular Wagyu smashburgers and a full bar to the area.
