Florida Officer Injured in Hit-and-Run, Suspect Sought

A West Palm Beach police officer sustained minor injuries after being struck by a white SUV during a hit-and-run while responding to a separate accident on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The incident occurred as the officer was entering his patrol car with emergency lights activated, and the SUV, believed to be a 2022-2024 Hyundai Tucson, fled the scene northbound on I-95. The officer was taken to a local hospital and has since been released.
