Liverpool Near Club-Record Florian Wirtz Transfer Talks

Liverpool is close to signing Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Florian Wirtz in what is set to be a club-record deal and the highest transfer fee in Liverpool's history, potentially reaching €150 million (£126 million) including add-ons. The 22-year-old has agreed personal terms for a reported five-year contract worth around £340,000 per week and is expected to undergo a medical soon, with the transfer officially completing once the summer transfer window opens.
