Bachman-Turner Overdrive Expands 2025 Northeast U.S. Tour with Classic Rock Guests
Bachman-Turner Overdrive (BTO) has expanded their 2025 Roll On Down The Highway Tour with eight new East Coast dates running from late October into early November, including stops in Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Maryland, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C. These additional shows will feature special guests such as Blue Oyster Cult and Starship with Mickey Thomas, alongside co-headlined dates with The Marshall Tucker Band. The tour, originally launched in July in Council Bluffs, Iowa, showcases a revamped BTO lineup led by Randy Bachman, including his son Tal Bachman on guitar and daughter-in-law KoKo Bachman on drums, bringing a family dynamic to the band. Earlier in 2025, BTO released their first new song in over 25 years, "60 Years Ago," featuring Neil Young, which pays tribute to the Winnipeg music scene and supports a charity ride. The band continues to perform hits from their catalog as well as songs from The Guess Who, the group Randy Bachman co-founded. Despite the passing of founding members Robbie and Tim Bachman, BTO remains active and energized, promising powerful performances with their new lineup and special guests.
