New Trial Dates Set in Multiple Murder Cases

Several murder trials are currently scheduled across different jurisdictions. Zachary David Hughes's trial for the murder of Christina Larain Parcell has been set for February 10 in Greer, following difficulties in jury selection. In Missouri, James Michael Gordon is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly shooting his brother during an argument, with his court appearance slated for August 2023. Meanwhile, Aaron Ryan will stand trial for first-degree murder in Ontario related to a teenager's death, with his next court date on March 7. Valentino Gutierrez faces charges for the murder and dismemberment of his wife in 2018, with a pretrial hearing scheduled for January 22. Additionally, a trial is set for Smokeyday, who is charged with second-degree murder in the death of a woman on Yellow Quill First Nation last year.
