Mariners Recall Dominic Canzone, Designate Leody Taveras

The Seattle Mariners have recalled outfielder Dominic Canzone from Triple-A Tacoma, designating Leody Taveras for assignment. Canzone, who has been performing strongly in the minors with a .296 batting average, 13 home runs, and a .924 OPS in 45 games, is expected to add depth to Seattle's outfield and potentially see more playing time.
