Four Arrested in Hanover Drive-By Shooting, Drug Raid

Four individuals, including a 15-year-old juvenile from Severn, were arrested in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, following a June 20 shootout between two vehicles near Arundel Mills Boulevard that left a 21-year-old woman injured. Police investigations, which utilized surveillance footage and the Real Time Information Center, led to the identification and processing of a suspect vehicle and the execution of search warrants at four residences in Meade Village and Baltimore City. These searches resulted in the seizure of firearms, extended magazines, electronic devices, over $5,600 in cash, and significant quantities of suspected cannabis and PCP. The arrested individuals are Jermaine Anthony Ricks, 39, Drameek Carlius Wallace, 25, Davon Antoine Hughes, 27, and the 15-year-old juvenile. Davon Antoine Hughes faces multiple charges related to controlled dangerous substances and firearms offenses. Authorities continue to investigate and encourage community cooperation to ensure those responsible are held accountable.
