Trump Media Files Second Bitcoin-Ethereum ETF Application

Trump Media & Technology Group, parent of Truth Social, has filed its second crypto ETF application in two weeks, seeking SEC approval for an ETF investing 75% in Bitcoin and 25% in Ethereum. Yorkville America Digital will sponsor the fund, which plans to list on NYSE Arca if approved, with Crypto.com as custodian and liquidity provider. This move reflects Trump Media's broader strategy to expand from social media into fintech and digital assets. The Trump family has increased its involvement in crypto, including significant Ethereum-based holdings and a recent $2.3 billion Bitcoin Treasury deal.
