ADS-TEC and Paragon Partner on EV Charging

ADS-TEC Energy has partnered with Paragon Mobility to deploy ultra-fast, battery-buffered electric vehicle (EV) charging stations across France, responding to the surge of over 206,000 new EV registrations since January 2024. The collaboration will utilize ADS-TEC's ChargePost chargers, which provide up to 300 kW of power and are designed to function even in areas with weak grid connections. Each charging unit features a 201kWh battery storage system, enabling simultaneous charging of two vehicles while also supporting grid stability. Additionally, the chargers come equipped with 75-inch LED displays for digital advertising, creating potential revenue opportunities. Paragon Mobility's CEO emphasized the importance of delivering flexible and optimized charging solutions, marking a significant step towards energy transition in the region. This partnership is crucial as France continues to develop its EV infrastructure amidst growing demand for sustainable transportation.
