Lyzr Secures $8M Series A Led by Rocketship for Enterprise AI Agents

Lyzr AI has raised $8 million in a Series A funding round led by Rocketship.vc, with participation from Accenture, Firstsource, Plug and Play Tech Center, GFT Ventures, BGV, and PFNYC, among others. The US-based startup, founded in 2023, offers a full-stack, low-code platform for building and deploying secure, intelligent AI agents designed to automate complex business workflows, primarily serving financial services clients. Lyzr's technology focuses on the secure, governed deployment of autonomous AI agents across enterprises, promoting interconnected multi-agent systems to achieve what it calls Organizational General Intelligence (OGI). The company’s platform includes features such as an Agent Simulation Engine that performs extensive pre-deployment testing and supports deployment on private cloud or on-premises to ensure data privacy and enterprise-grade security compliance. Henry Ford III, a board member at Ford Motor Company, will join Lyzr’s board, highlighting confidence in the company's mission to create a governed autonomous workforce at scale. Lyzr aims to expand its platform capabilities and market reach, providing enterprises with tools that streamline operations, enhance productivity, and enable safer AI adoption across various sectors.
