Hulu Sets 'Call Her Alex' Release, Tribeca Events

The two-part docuseries 'Call Her Alex,' directed by Ry Russo-Young, will premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on June 8 and debut on Hulu on June 10, offering a behind-the-scenes view of Alex Cooper's journey from her childhood in Pennsylvania to her rise as the creator of 'Call Her Daddy.' The series highlights Cooper's personal and professional milestones, including her preparation for her first live tour and her major deals with Spotify and SiriusXM. Produced by Cooper's Unwell Productions, the docuseries aims to present a deeper and more personal look at her life, with Cooper hoping to connect with and empower viewers. The Tribeca Festival will also feature anniversary screenings of classic films 'Casino' and 'Meet the Parents.' The project extends Cooper’s collaboration with Hulu, where she is also executive producer of the upcoming dating show 'Overboard for Love.'
