Bad Bunny Officially Joins Mercedes-AMG Petronas F1 Team for Puerto Rico F1 Debut

Bad Bunny has partnered with adidas Originals and the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 Team to bring Formula 1 to Puerto Rico for the first time, marked by a historic demo run of an F1 car across the Puente Dos Hermanos bridge. As part of this collaboration, Bad Bunny has been named the newest member of the Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS F1 team and will participate in a series of cross-collaborative merchandise, including the highly anticipated Bad Bunny x adidas Adiracer GT sneaker. This new sneaker, inspired by retro driving shoes and motorsport aesthetics, features a unique blend of colors and branding and is set to release on October 15, 2025, ahead of the United States Grand Prix in Austin. The partnership celebrates both Bad Bunny's Puerto Rican roots and the fusion of Formula 1's precision with contemporary culture, with fans also able to explore an exhibit of authentic racing gear at the Coliseo de Puerto Rico.
