In Marlow, another Wetherspoons branch named The Grand Assembly has opened, aiming to integrate into the local community despite mixed reactions from residents who typically favor independent establishments. The name and décor of The Grand Assembly pay homage to local history and art, with hopes that the revamped space will win over skeptics. Both openings reflect Wetherspoons' strategy to adapt to local tastes while expanding its reach in the hospitality sector.
