Faraday Future Secures 1,000-Unit Pre-Order for FX Super One MPV

Faraday Future Intelligent Electric has secured its first business-to-business pre-order for 1,000 units of its FX Super One multi-purpose vehicle (MPV) from New York City-based dealership JC Auto, marking initial success in its global automotive strategy. JC Auto placed a $100,000 non-refundable deposit, securing priority delivery on up to 300 FX vehicles, which will be used to create a premium fleet for services like Uber Black and VIP transport in New York. The FX Super One will debut as a pure electric vehicle, with an advanced AI hybrid extended range (AIHER) option to follow, designed for enhanced performance in cold climates. The vehicle promises a luxurious, tech-forward interior and aims to be an affordable, mass-market EV with a focus on passenger comfort, advanced technology, and sustainability. Production is slated for late 2025, with an official unveiling planned for June 2025 and paid reservations opening soon after. The agreement is seen as validation of Faraday Future's innovative approach and a sign of strong early demand in the premium electric vehicle market.
