Filming for 'Spider-Man: Brand New Day' has officially started in Glasgow, which is serving as a stand-in for New York City and has seen nearly 60 roads closed for the production. Tom Holland returns as Peter Parker, joined by returning cast members Zendaya and Jacob Batalon, with Sadie Sink and Jon Bernthal (reprising his role as The Punisher) also starring. The film is directed by Destin Daniel Cretton and written by Chris McKenna and Erik Sommers. Set leaks suggest Mister Negative may appear as a villain, alongside other street-level and lesser-known adversaries.
