The Fortune Hotel Season 2 Launches on ITV with £250,000 Prize

The Fortune Hotel returns for its second season on ITV, with host Stephen Mangan welcoming 22 new contestants paired up to compete for a £250,000 prize in a Caribbean resort setting. Contestants each receive a briefcase, with only one containing the cash prize, while another hides an 'Early Checkout' card, adding a strategic and deceptive game element reminiscent of shows like The Traitors and Deal or No Deal. The series promises new challenges, 'never before seen twists,' and intense case-swapping drama across eight episodes airing twice weekly from August 6 to August 28, 2024. Among the contestants are diverse pairs including a mother and son from Halifax, Sue and Jeremy, who view the game as a unique financial opportunity and bonding experience, as well as brothers Mike and Jake, and partners Allan and Jacob. ITV has also introduced a companion vodcast, Late Check Out, hosted by comedian Ellie Taylor, to complement the series.
