Over The Hill plans 2026 release on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, Switch 2

The off-road exploration game Over the Hill, developed by Funselektor and Strelka Games, is set to launch on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2 in 2026, following its Steam release. The game features dynamic weather, day/night cycles, realistic terrain deformation, and a variety of real-world inspired biomes, allowing solo or multiplayer exploration with up to three friends. Players can unlock new vehicles, upgrades, customizations, and cosmetics by completing objectives, and can also enjoy a photo mode to capture the scenery. Physical editions for PS5 and Switch 2 will be available in both Premium Standard and Collector’s Editions, including collectible items such as window cling decorations, car standees, patches, keychains, pins, and posters. Wishlisting is open on the PlayStation and Xbox stores, with pre-orders coming soon to the Nintendo eShop. The game has already amassed over 600,000 wishlists on Steam, highlighting strong anticipation among gamers.
