Pro-Woman TPUSA Event Canceled Amid Protests at U. Washington

A pro-woman talk by Turning Point USA at the University of Washington featuring Olivia Krolczyk was disrupted and ultimately canceled due to protests from trans activists. The event, titled "Protect Women from Men: The Threat of the Trans Agenda," was interrupted when activists pulled the fire alarm and smashed a window, leading to an evacuation. Approximately 200 protesters, including members of the Students for a Democratic Society, gathered outside, chanting and dancing to show opposition to perceived transphobia. University officials condemned the actions of the protesters, indicating that those responsible for vandalism could face legal consequences. Krolczyk vowed to return for a future event, stating that attempts to silence her would not succeed. The university reiterated its commitment to free speech while also noting that event organizers did not adequately follow security protocols.
