Philadelphia Man Charged with Kidnapping, Trafficking Teen

Angel Lopez, a 19-year-old from Philadelphia, faces multiple charges, including kidnapping and trafficking, after luring a 13-year-old girl he met on TikTok to his apartment for sexual assault. The girl, who lived in Greensburg, was convinced to sneak out and take an Uber Lopez paid for to travel nearly 300 miles to Philadelphia. Police were alerted when the girl's mother found a note saying she had run away and used phone tracking to locate her. Upon arrival, Lopez coerced the girl into turning off her phone and consuming drugs before assaulting her. The victim managed to escape and was found by Philadelphia police, who ensured her safety.
