Bon Jovi Expands 2026 Tour; Sambora Tensions

Bon Jovi expanded their 2026 Forever Tour with additional U.S. dates, including six sold-out nights at Madison Square Garden, and will play stadium shows in Edinburgh, Dublin and London. Presales are tied to album preorders and general tickets go on sale Oct. 31. The run marks the band's return after Jon Bon Jovi’s vocal cord surgery, which he documented in a recent series, and he says he is healthy and ready to perform long sets. The band issued Forever (Legendary Edition), a reimagined version of their 2024 LP featuring guests such as Bruce Springsteen and Avril Lavigne. Reports say tension remains over former guitarist Richie Sambora’s exit — Sambora says he left to prioritize family while insiders and the band dispute the circumstances and royalty arrangements, and Jon is reportedly reluctant to bring him back. Separately, Bon Jovi said he would like a biopic “at some point” and suggested his son Jake Bongiovi could play him but emphasized he is focused on the upcoming tour.
