Oura Launches Ceramic Ring With Multi‑Ring Support
Oura has launched the Oura Ring 4 Ceramic, a zirconia-ceramic version of the Ring 4 available in four colors (Cloud, Tide, Petal, Midnight) and sizes 4–15, priced at $499 and available now. The Ceramic uses the same sensors and software as the Ring 4 but is slightly thicker (3.51 mm vs 2.88 mm), with color embedded in the material, is hypoallergenic and durable, and ships with a polishing pad to remove scuffs from softer metals. Oura also introduced its first charging case (USB‑C, holds multiple charges; sold separately) and added app support for multiple rings to let users swap rings more easily. The company launched Health Panels to let members request bloodwork via app partnerships and continues to offer membership plans (listed at $5.99/month or $69.99/year). The release arrives as Oura reports strong recent sales, plans U.S. manufacturing in Fort Worth, and cites an ITC patent win alongside ongoing legal disputes with competitors.
