Chandler Smith claimed his second NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series win of the 2025 season at North Wilkesboro Speedway by capitalizing on a last-lap incident between Front Row Motorsports teammates Layne Riggs and Corey Heim. Smith, who started at the back and had a tire advantage, was initially resigned to a third-place finish after a poor overtime restart but surged into the lead when Riggs and Heim made contact, causing Heim to spin out. Riggs executed a strong move but ultimately finished second, while Heim, who dominated much of the race, ended up 17th after the collision. Smith praised his team's performance and the speed of his Ford F-150, noting the importance of fresh tires during the overtime restart. The incident marked the second consecutive week Riggs made contact with a race leader on the final lap, impacting the outcome. The Truck Series will continue next week at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
