Driver airlifted to hospital after crash into house in Centerville
Two separate incidents of vehicles crashing into houses occurred over the weekend. In Indiana County, a vehicle crashed into a house on Route 22, trapping the driver who was later airlifted to a hospital, while the house occupants were unharmed (Yahoo). Similarly, in Centerville, Massachusetts, a car left the roadway, struck a utility pole guide wire, and crashed into a house on Old Stage Road. The driver was injured and airlifted to Rhode Island Hospital, with responders confirming the house remained structurally sound (Cape Cod Times, Boston Globe, Boston 25 News, WHDH). Both crashes are under investigation, and no further details about the drivers' conditions have been released.
