Jazwell Brown, 49, has been sentenced to life imprisonment with a minimum term of 39 years for the murders of his partner Joanne Pearson and neighbour Teohna Grant, along with attempted murder of his son Jake Brown and Grant's boyfriend Bradley Latter on Christmas Day in Milton Keynes. Brown attacked Pearson with a kitchen knife and baseball bat, stabbing her 31 times, and inflicted multiple stab wounds on the others, including a life-threatening injury to his son. The attacks were described as unprovoked and "frenzied," occurring while Brown was under the influence of cocaine, which a psychiatric report identified as the immediate trigger. Brown also stabbed his partner's dog during the incident and admitted to prior convictions, including assaulting a former partner. The judge condemned Brown's actions, highlighting the betrayal of his son’s trust and the devastating impact on the victims’ families. Brown pleaded guilty to the charges during his hearing at Luton Crown Court.
