NJ Diver Dies Exploring Cape Cod Shipwrecks

Joseph Mazraani, 48, a respected New Jersey attorney and co-founder of Atlantic Wreck Salvage, died following a possible medical emergency while scuba diving to explore shipwrecks near Georges Bank, roughly 150-200 miles off Cape Cod. Mazraani, who led the dive vessel D/V Tenacious, was pulled from the water by his crew, who attempted lifesaving measures without success.
