Nevada Launches Major Multi-City Housing, Arena, Luxury Developments

Several significant housing and development projects are underway across Nevada, highlighting a mix of luxury, affordable, and large-scale community-focused initiatives. In downtown Las Vegas, Schulman Properties received approval for the 21-story Eterno Hotel, a luxury condo-hotel project featuring numerous amenities. In North Las Vegas, the NRP Group began construction on North & Valley, a 105-unit affordable housing community targeted at tenants earning 50 to 60 percent of the area median income, with completion expected in 2027. Henderson has seen the groundbreaking of the Meriden Community, a large development by KB Home with 940 affordable townhomes and single-family residences, complemented by plans for a community park and walking trails. Meanwhile, The Calida Group has started building a 397-unit apartment complex near the Durango hotel-casino in southwest Las Vegas, aiming for a 2027 opening. Additionally, in Reno, the Grand Sierra Resort is set to break ground on a $1 billion arena project, supported by a tax increment financing deal, marking a major investment in the region's infrastructure and economy.
