McDonald's has unveiled its Christmas 2024 advert titled 'The Gift of McDonald's', featuring a nostalgic club soundtrack, 'Satisfaction' by Benny Benassi. The 60-second clip shows a couple driving through a festive neighborhood, where they encounter iconic characters such as Grimace, Birdie, and the Hamburglar reimagined as Christmas decorations. Directed by Nicolai Fuglsig, the ad aims to remind viewers of the joy of taking a break amidst the holiday chaos, according to McDonald's Chief Marketing Officer, Michelle Graham-Clare. The advert has received mixed reactions, with some praising it for its creativity while others question its festive appeal. It will make its TV debut on Sunday, coinciding with the launch of ITV's 'I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here'.
