Military Jets Land Safely at Two U.S. Airports

Separately, two F-16 fighter jets from Shaw Air Force Base made safe emergency landings at Myrtle Beach International Airport on Monday morning after experiencing mechanical issues during a training mission. The emergency landings did not affect commercial flight operations, and runway and taxiway inspections were conducted as a precaution. Airport and military authorities stated that all safety protocols were followed, and confirmed that no injuries or damages occurred.
