Baltimore Registered Sex Offender Arrested for Juvenile Trafficking, Rape Charges

Miracle Elendu, a 28-year-old registered sex offender from Baltimore, has been arrested and charged with soliciting, recruiting, raping, and trafficking several female juveniles in Baltimore County. The investigation began in September 2025 and was conducted by the Baltimore County Police Department's Crimes Against Children Unit in collaboration with the FBI Baltimore Field Office's Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force. Charging documents reveal Elendu met victims in vulnerable situations, including one case where he offered money to a minor after giving her a ride from a bus stop. Authorities believe there may be additional victims who have not yet come forward due to the methods Elendu used to contact them. Elendu is held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center, and officials are urging anyone with information to contact the Crimes Against Children Unit.
